I was part of the ninth edition of the #DISICON conference, organized by NDI Kosovo. In our panel, I discussed several dimensions related to information integrity:

1. Causes and patterns of disinformation, especially in the Western Balkans;
2. Reasons why people fall prey to disinformation and the psychological, emotional and social dimension of information;
3. Ways to build social resilience;
4. The role of AI that is transforming this ecosystem day by day.
